But there are plenty of times throughout the day that are good for exercise - do three minutes of pushups and sit-ups before you shower in the morning and before bed; take the stairs at work; go for a walk on a nice day; exercise when you can. Change your eating habits: A lot of people eat fast food for half their meals, and their excuse is, "I don't have time to make healthy meals." But actually, a lot of fast food places allow you to swap out fries for a salad! Small changes in your eating will yield big results. 4) Add fruits and vegetables: Instead of buying fast food, start going with fruits and vegetables; you can save a lot of money. And also, you can easily bring these foods with you to work, or to school, or in the subway. You will start to see a difference if you keep fruit around. 5) Add some supplements: A lot of different supplements provide you with the vitamins and minerals you need for the day. By taking these supplements, you will find that your body feels a lot more healthy. It might seem difficult to keep your body healthy and your weight under control, but it becomes a lot easier when you break it down into these smaller pieces.
