If you live in a rural area, there will be plenty of places to hike, and even if you live in an urban area, there are likely great places to explore the world while also remaining in shape!

Losing weight and staying in shape does not mean you have to hit the gym or run several miles each day; all you have to do is find an outdoor hobby you enjoy, and then stick to it!
