But actually, you can make a delicious fruit smoothie and add some protein powder, and this will get you as much goodness as those other, less tasty drinks.

When shopping for protein powder, you first have to make sure that what you are buying is high-quality, and then you also have to make sure it is whey protein; soy protein will not be giving you everything you need, and low-quality protein powder will not be giving you much at all! Secondly, if you want to add protein powder to your smoothie and still have it taste good, you should use vanilla or flavorless protein powder, as these blend well with fruit.

When you buy the juice, bananas, and strawberries for your smoothie, make sure that all of the ingredients you are buying are fresh and organic. The best juice to use with these ingredients is orange juice, but if you have a different preference you can certainly try it out! As for the fruits and berries, you can also try adding pineapple or additional fresh berries; another thing to try is yogurt and - believe it or not - peanut butter! As for making the actual smoothie, it is quite simple: just toss the orange juice, fruit, and berries into the blender with the recommended amount of protein powder, and blend until it is smooth!

Getting the protein you need is not difficult, and it does not have to be disgusting; all you need is high-quality whey protein powder, fresh juice, and the right mixture of fresh fruits and berries!
